We believe in providing business in “good faith” and “fair play” and are happy to work with you if you are not totally satisfied with your product. Change of mind is not a valid reason for refund.

Please note, our branded delivery boxes are designed to protect your lensball during delivery. If the box itself is damaged during delivery, we do not offer a refund or replacement for the box itself.
If my Lensball arrives Damaged
Please take an image of your product and forward it to email@example.com
In most instances we will replace your damaged product.
We will assess your claim and offer you a replacement or a refund.
Reasonable Replacement 24 hours
Our refund policy expires after 24hrs from date of delivery. As you may appreciate, we do not offer replacements for lensballs that are damaged during normal use – ie dropped whilst taking photos. Once your lensball arrives intact our replacement obligation is complete.
Once we have come to an agreement, if a refund is approved, you may be asked to ship your product back to an address provided by email in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
