We will assess your claim and offer you a replacement or a refund.
Our refund policy expires after 14 days from date of purchase.
Once we have come to an agreement, if a refund is approved, you will be asked to ship your product back to an address provided by email in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
