What is a Lensball?
Lensball is a clear optical glass ball used to add a creative element to your images. The shape of the Lensball allows a 180 degree view creating an amazing center of your image.
What does Lensball weight?
The weight varies depending on the selected Lensball size. The 60mm is g, 80mm g, 100mm g, and 150mm g.
What is the Lensball made of?
Our Lensballs are made of HD quality optical glass, the same glass found in cameras lenses. We only sell the highest quality Lensballs that are free from bubbles and defects to give you the sharpest possible image.
What size should I buy?
Lensballs come in varying sizes – from plum sized 60mm and 80mm apple size and 100mm healthy grapefruit size and even 150mm extra generous size. Each size lensball offers different benefits for photographers. In our opinion the 80mm or 100mm is the ideal sizes.
What camera do I need to use a Lensball?
Our Lensballs are the perfect companion for any Photographer. From mobile phones to DSLRs all cameras can be used to take amazing creative images with Lensball.
How do I capture the best images with my Lensball?
Using a Lensball is like using a really wide angle lens. So getting the Lensball as close to the subject as possible, is the best way to make the image large in the Lensball. If shooting with a DSLR or Mirrorless, shooting with an aperture f/5.6-f/10 will ensure the Lensball is all in focus. The subject will appear upside-down in the Lensball and the final image can be flipped in post if you prefer the subject the correct way up. Keep the Lensball clean free from fingerprints and use a polarising filter to avoid any reflection on the Lensball.
Can the Lensball get damaged?
Lensballs are made from HD quality optical glass. Glass can break and scratch and we recommend always using the Free included case when not in use.
Take note…
Lensballs are made from HD quality optical glass and has a magnifying effect, that can damage eyes or even start a fire if left in the sun. Keep the Lensball away from your eyes at all times and stored in the Free included pouch when not in use out of direct sunlight.

Who is Lensball Australia?

Where are you located?
We are located in Sydney, Australia. Our office address is 20/7 Sefton Rd, Thornleigh, NSW. Every order ships from our warehouse in Sydney to all areas of Australia. Â
Can I visit you?
The best place to buy is at our online store and you can collect an order from our office rather than have it shipped if you are based in NSW. Please note this is a pickup point and office and not a full retail store.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently provide shipping with Startrack (a subsidiary of Australia Post) to all areas of Australia.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Most orders placed before 2 pm on business days will be shipped on the same day. Depending on your location and the selected shipping option it will be 1-5 business days to receive your order. Selecting the Express Shipping option will offer the fastest option to most areas and will usually be delivered to most capital city metro areas in 1-2 business days.
How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 2 business days, please let us know using the contact form on our Contact Us page. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal using the PayPal network. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We use the PayPal network to process all payment transactions. PayPal offers purchase protection and well as industry-leading security technology. We are a registered family-owned Australian business based in Sydney.
WARRANTY
What warranty do you offer?
All Lensball products are supported by the official Australian warranty for a period of 12 months.
Do you offer a warranty for eBay or Amazon Purchases?
Please be aware that you should only buy from authorised resellers on eBay or Amazon stores. That way, you have the benefits of local warranties and support.

How do I place an Order?

I made a mistake. Can I change my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. We will try to accommodate any order change if possible. The quickest way to get in contact with us is by using the contact form on our Contact Us page. Please be sure to include your order number and let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the changes.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Accounts are great as you can record your purchases from us over time. We also have an option to checkout as a guest if you prefer.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. How Can I Return a Product?
We do not accept returns for “incorrect choice” or “change of mind” so please choose your products carefully. In special cases, we may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered items that are still in brand new (sealed) condition including the packaging (If an exchange is approved a 10-20% restocking fee may apply). Any freight and insurance costs to return the item to us are at your expense. This includes the liability for any lost freight.
