Each order is packed and shipped same day or occasionally the next day as the day order is placed.
Once we pack your order, we send you an email note with your tracking number so you can track the delivery of your parcel. Please check your spam folders for this email as it is easily overlooked.
We recommend you supply your mobile phone number when you place your order as you will receive SMS updates on your parcel progress direct from Auspost.com.au
Care, Handling and Packaging
Each lensball is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Whilst we take every precaution to minimise damage to your product, we do not take responsibility for minor wear and tear on the blue presentation box during transit.
If your lensball arrives damaged, cracked or chipped, we will replace your product at no cost to you. Please take an image as soon as possible and forward it to us. We do not offer replacements for damage claims made outside 24 hours of delivery.
